I realize this request is unorthodox but I'm willing to give it a try. I recently submitted a written pitch for a script and my feedback was less than helpful. Since it was my first written pitch, I requested information and researched other pitches which resulted in an utter failure. Is there anyone here who has written and submitted a pitch that followed Stage32 guidelines and was successful in pitching it? In addition, would you be willing to share that pitch so I can get a better feel for what is being requested?
Thank you for your time and assistance. :)
Have you read Michael Haugue, selling your script in 60 seconds? or check him out on youtube.
I'm having a bit of a hard time with my written pitch as well. I used the Stage32 guidelines but I find them to be a bit unorganized and confusing. I have the content I need, I just don't know how to organize it and what the formatting should look like. Headings? Just paragraphs? I'm clearly no help with your question, as I'm just adding to it. Sorry!
Why not do it as a live pitch? Isn't that an option?

Funny this should come up. I have been having a lousy time with my pitches, but have gotten great coverage when I submit the scripts. So, this morning I finally rewrote my pitches to conform to what Stage 32 says is the best formula. I have not submitted them to anyone yet, but I would be happy to share them with anyone who wants to see pitches using the suggested structure.
Hei, thanks for advice folks. Where are Stage32 written pitch guidelines to be found?
