Is a script with multiple language possible? How would you tackle a scene where the translator is lying to both his clients while all three of them are in the same room?

Personally I would use the parenthesis to say whether the character is speaking another language, just like how I would use it to describe an accent or a manner of speaking.
That said, the script I'm working on right now is being written by me in English but some of it will later be translated into another language by someone else, so that's another way to go.
If the translator is going to lie, and you want the audience to know it's a lie, then you might consider subtitles. I'm assuming you want the audience in a superior position. The audience knows of the lie, the characters, except for the translator, do not.
