Having grown up in the Midwest, I had always wanted to leave the comforting, yet isolated lifestyle as I looked to go West; to Los Angeles. Since childhood, I knew I wanted to make films from the moment I could recall the first film I remember ever watching (The Lion King). I would write ideas down, ranging from the ridiculous to the impossible, but that's when my mind was at its most creative. Once I entered college, I was finally able to bring my ideas and creativity to life. Now being a college graduate, I want to continue making films as a director and continue to demonstrate my talent and perfecting it.
Dear David Moreno:
Creativity isn't about impossibilities; Creativity is about pushing those boundaries passed what others think is impossible. That also goes from within side yourself and what you think you can and can't do.
Human beings have shown over time what they think is impossible changes, and what they thought they knew wasn't what they really knew. So keep pushing the ridiculous and the impossible within your own mind and every thought you have. As you said, that's when you are the most creative, because that's the apostrophe entering between the I and the M, and shattering the word into two, becoming "I'm possible".
All the best as you continue.
God Bless.
Sincerely,
John German
