YouTube, Vimeo, Steemit, Facebook....post it on all of these platforms, after taking a few hours to research how to beat optimize posts on each platform, then DO IT. You may have to personally transcribe the subtitles yourself at first. Hoping for the best for you!

http://www.filmhub.com - its a self distribution marketplace and can put you on a lot of OTTs and digital outlets. They are launching a localization service for foreign markets as well.
