That's good. I was a reader for a small production company early in my career and out of the 200 scripts I read I only had one Consider.

I don't know how the ratings works on 1st 10 pages, but in a full script evaluation a "considered" is great! Most get a "pass." With 10 pages that may mean they are interested in reading more... not sure. I'm sure someone here will have the right answer. In either case - congratulations!!
