Stage 32 was just 3 or 4 months old when I joined. They've grown a lot since then. They have tons of information for filmmakers and ways to connect with other filmmakers. You can search by name, city, or occupation. You can find crew in any city where you plan to shoot. They have many avenues for learning, like webinars, podcasts, contests... You can find writers, actors, casting directors, or just find people like yourself to talk shop with.
I have over 50 very random IMDB creds filling almost every production position plus acting (I love making movies).
