Introduce Yourself : I'm a dreamer but, I don't live in a fantasy world. by Roberto Vélez

My name is Roberto. Story telling has been a part of my life since I have memory. I grew up in the mountains of Puerto Rico (no close neighbors), and no siblings to play. I only had my toys and my imagination. I used to write stories, even my own mini newspaper for 10¢ (I used to sell it to my Dad). That was just the base of many years of creativity until I joined the military (my mind went to a very long hiatus in the creation process). I believe my time in the Armed Forces (and 9 deployments later), made me grow more as a person and now, I believe I can add those experiences in my stories. I am a Filmmaker and my passion is to create that magic from and idea to a visual.
