Allegedly, for a fee of $50.00 they distribute your film across several tv platforms,

Looked at their agreement and what they say about their platform - never heard of them. The agreement gives them 20% of gross receipts from the film - but on their platform they mention that they make money from advertising revenue and there is no mention of advertising revenue split or inclusion of it in the contract that I see... (though I looked quickly)... which means... are you providing content for free? Because In don't see any positive representation in the contract that they will distribute it anywhere outside of their own advertising funded platform...
Never heard of them. Check David Trotti's comments on a similar thread two weeks ago.
