Sadly, many theatre-based college programs do not provide (if any) on-camera training.
Our workshops were created to ensure BFA/MFA student artists receive a strong and pragmatic foundation.
Any thoughts as to how to penetrate academia?
We simply want to compliment existing curricula---not take over the department!
You want a position in academia you need an MFA or MA and apply for a position in state schools in Cal. I have no idea about private schools like USC. Pay them a million bucks and they will apparently do anything.
