Hello Fellow Creative People,
It's been a busy year promoting my latest children's book release, "The Extraordinary Capers of Lochlin de Carlo," an action/adventure kidlit that has been described as a cross between The Da Vinci Code meets Indiana Jones, but for kids 8-12 (which I can see being adapted into a movie or cartoon).
I've also been working my ass off revising and editing my comedy TV show pilot THE TWILIGHT SPARKLES, about 3 sassy older women in Palm Springs, that is loosely based on my eccentric granny who taught me how to cuss when I was 4, who made moonshine in the backyard, and who beat to her own drum.
It's been an interesting process pitching my pilot, getting feedback, revising, and networking, with the hopes of landing representation and getting the pilot produced.
Everything starts with a dream, and I'm working hard making those dreams come true! Good luck everyone with your creative endeavors.
