Works okay for writers - not so much for Directors, Cinematographers, Actors and the rest of the crew.

I've had remote jobs before, but the thing that's still hard for me is not taking enough breaks. But I do. When it's lunchtime, I minimize all work tabs and eat. Probably while Netflixing. As for focus, I live with roommates, so I'm not going to pretend like I have a lot I need a mental cleanse for (they're not those kind of roommates, thankfully). But white noise helps when I really need to focus.
