Acting in LA isn't always glamorous, but it's totally worth it to show up like it's the most important day even if today is your only day - extra, day player, featured, or lead. On this day, I showed up for a Valentine's Day episodes with a burgundy dress and a royal blue dress. I was busty, leggy, and all sorts of #BossBabe And they knew just where to put me in frame - directly behind Tracie Ellis Ross. O.O
I post this with pride because I know I will not always be the "blue" to every lead actresses "red", but also because - I GOT TO BE THE "BLUE" TO THE LEAD ACTRESS'S "RED"! Eeeeeee! Bounce, bounce, bounce :-DBackground acting is a lottery, but I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to be on several network shows this past year. Check out Blackish - it really is a great show!

Ahh I remember long days on set. Turn up to find your roles has changed and sometimes it turns out better. Miss those days.

Hi my battery conked out middle night so did not finish above input. Was just thinking scene looks like a Rom Com bad day although I’ve yet to check out this series. @Karen Congratulations on being on set in these cool productions and yes, every possibility to turn our hand to our passion is a bonus. I have not acted since 90’s but most bizarre memory is being the back end of a camel, (theatre) to go towards gaining provisional equity membership. The rise of the internet/media and Indie film has changed acting opportunity considerably, all across the board. We used to say “Break A Leg” don’t know if there’s a slogan now? Stay safe @All.
