Hey everyone, so I've only been at this acting thing since Jan. 2020 but I was booked and shot a commercial for a very big company we all know (I signed some serious NDA stuff, sorry for the vague booking) and got my first non-union commercial!
It was a great experience and I can't wait to do more! It was really interesting to be on the actor's side of things on set. I'm used to being on the production side of things. It was nice not having to worry about everything, and just worry about my performance. It was truly life-changing.
Anyone needs a big burly guy for anything (table reads, zoom shorts, etc.) Let me know!
Thanks!
Nice! Congratulations, that's huge!

Congrats Erick Freitas! A booking in your first six months AND during all the COVID craziness, that is AMAZING!
Thanks for the kind words!

Congrats, Erick Freitas! Yeah, acting isn't "easier", but the commitment is different, and it makes you appreciate all the crew does for you. Keep at it!

I agree Karen "Kay" Ross ! There were so many times I wanted to cross the line and help, but I knew that wasn't my place anymore. Cool stuff...
Congrats, Erick Freitas ! That's a big deal, especially with the new safety protocols. As an actor myself who's been on both sides of production, I think your past behind the scenes experience can help your acting as you know why things are being done a certain way, and you definitely have a deeper appreciation for the crew's creative contributions as well.
Fantastic for you!
so exciting congratulations!!?
Smart move and keep great work see ya down the road soon (:
