Screenwriting : Writing partner quest by Scott Richards

As I search for my next project to develop and write, I keep coming up with high concepts that include the Comedy/Sci-fi genres. I can do the Sci-fi, that's my specialty, but I know my limitations on the Comedy. So, I search for a writing partner who can write Comedy. I am not looking for low-brow laughs (Dumb and Dumber), nor high sophisticated chuckles (Frazier), more in the area of "did that just happen?" Frazier by the way did have a lot of the latter as well. One of my all-time favorites. I am open to recommendations.
