Though I am new to screenwriting, I have been in the writing field for most of my life. I think my love of reading created my desire to write, which I have been doing since a very young age. I'm much older now than the traditional age for entering the industry, but I believe people should follow their dreams, so I am still following mine.

I once heard about a 92-year-old man who started to learn Russian. When someone asked him why he was starting to learn a foreign language at his age he replied, "It's the youngest age I've got."
So hats off to non-traditional ages; I'm with you!

I'm much older too but hey, we are as young as we feel and there is no age limit. I love that you are following your dream! I am as well. We are never too old to hope and dream. Good luck with it all and I look forward to hearing about your successes.
