For all the writers out there! Spend a week with your book or screenplay.
The Novel-In-Progress Bookcamp & Writing Retreat offers two, week-long, residential programs for writers the first two weeks of August. Registration is open. One fee includes program costs, a private room for six nights, and all meals.
Our new Speculative Fiction NIP, Aug. 1-7, offers an intensive Bookcamp instructional workshop led by published authors, literary agents, and book editors. A concurrent Writing Retreat offers a week's worth of personal time to concentrate on your WIP while surrounded by fellow writers, with access to group sessions and social activities.
August 8-14 we hold our 8th annual All-Genre NIP, which also offers a Bookcamp workshop and concurrent Writing Retreat. Retreats are open to any writer working in any genre or format.
For more information, go to our website, www.novelbookcamp.org, or contact Director Dave Rank directly, director@novelbookcamp.org.
Act now, space is limited.
Hey David, this is Karen from the Stage 32 team. I just wanted to let you know I moved your post from Authoring & Playwriting to Your Stage (for links and promotions), as it fits much better there. Let me know if you have any questions and all the best to you!
Thank you, Kay, for the kind assistance.
By the way, the All-Genre NIP Bookcamp and Writing Retreat, August 8-14, are nearly full, with space left for two or three. More roster spots available for the Speculative Fiction NIP August 1-7.
Heading up the SF NIP Instructors are award-winning novelist, editor, and writing coach Richard Thomas, a master of the darker arts, Award-winning Science Fiction novelist Sue Burke, and, must I say it, award-winning Epic Fantasy novelist Bradley Beaulieu. With a supporting cast of literary agents, editors, additional published pros, and me, your host, gadfly, and commander of the chamber of wonders. Enrollment deadlines extended into early July.
Wow, that's so cool! What a line-up of mentors!
