Hi everyone!
My name is Maya. I’m a graphic designer with a screenwriting hobby. I’ve been on Stage 32 for a little while now and love the services offered especially getting the opportunity to meet others in the industry.
After finishing my first TV pilot and entering a few competitions, I found myself in the semi-finals and required to come up with a series bible or pitch deck - should I be chosen for the finals. Luckily, with my design background, I was able to put together a visually strong series bible and have gotten praise for it ever since. I never did make the finals, but I did discover a new passion that I would now like to share with all of you.
So, if you’re:
• Signed up to submit a written pitch
• Entered a competition and need a pitch deck or series bible
• Pitching to a producer, a network or streaming service
• A literary manager trying to sell your client’s work
Or you have any other opportunity that requires written work to stand out from the rest and also tell your story on another level - with visuals, then come check out my services www.deezinersstudios.com or contact me at: info@deezinersstudios.com
Looking forward to hearing from you and helping you sell your work!

Hey Maya Zivkovich! Thanks for providing such a great service! Many writers don't realize that a lot of times producers will ask for pitch decks or presentations that can help them "see" the project. I am sure there are a lot of insights you can provide to your fellow creatives. Great work! And good luck!

Hey, Maya Zivkovich! Great to meet you and welcome to the community! Wow, what a fantastic supplemental set of skills! Aww, dude, I'd LOVE for you to post in the Producing Lounge! Maybe you could share a little insight as to what information you should have before preparing a pitch and what stuff you figure out with a graphic designer, like yourself? https://www.stage32.com/lounge/producing
Congrats on your accolades, btw! That's super exciting! What's up next for you?

Thanks Karen "Kay" Ross :) Great to meet you too!
I will definitely post this in the Producing Lounge. Didn't know exactly where else to post so thanks for the tip!
A quick breakdown of what I do: essentially, I leave it up to the writers to structure their pitch decks/series bibles. Depending on who they're pitching to and what info is needed - they know best! (There are many guides available online whether for a pitch deck, a series bible or just a short written pitch - I can always guide writers in the right direction but ultimately I only do the design and page layouts). I take my time to understand the story being told, the tone and style and all key elements to best match and dress up the document with impactful visuals that help tell and sell the story.
What's up next for me? I'm eager to move my script along and finally sell my TV pilot. I am meeting many great people here on Stage 32. Who knows, maybe I'll meet someone who wants to produce it. Fingers crossed :)

Hi, Maya Zivkovich. Glad to meet you. I checked out your work. I'll keep you in mind for a pitch deck.
Thank you. I've been told by my consultant that I need a pitch deck instead of a treatment, but the pitch decks I have seen list the attachment of key elements, like producer, director, and/or actors. I have a treatment completed, but a pitch deck at this stage seems to me like, at best, a mere glossy brochure with little inside. Am I missing something?
I think every pitch deck will vary. Like you said for example, depending on what stage you're at. You can structure it to be very detailed or more vague. It depends on what you want to showcase. I like to break it down as such: (This will be long - I'll DM you ;)
Thanks Maurice!! :)
