This is 100% true, you never know who someone will become in a 5-10 year period of time. That crazy intern you shouted and tossed coffees could become a studio executive or a major head of an entertainment company. I tried to teach everyone, from interns to execs similar, althought. We all fall into the trap, of having favorites. It's just human nature.
