Hello there everyone!
I've been in filmmaking for the last 12 years, I directed, wrote, and produced commercials, documentaries, music videos, and short movies.
I moved from Egypt with my wife to Turkey for now, and I wrote my 1st feature-length script in English.
I would love to pitch it or find an agent or a producer to help me make this.
so the question is, where do I start?

Very cool show reel! Good luck with the pitch. Here is the short course of NY screenwriter. In the section Pitch he told how to pitch. And in bonus section here tell how he sold a script to Disney. Very cool. Really advise you. The course if free.

This is as good a place as any, Amr. Don't hesitate to use the script services and get your work under the eyes of an exec. Only one way to go but up, my friend.
All the best for new ventures
All the best, Amr! Hope the best is yet to come for you.
Hi Amr, when you want to create a movie or commercial, how do you move from idea to movie? do you first create the script or storyboard then make the movie based on them? or do you create a rip-o-Matic from similar movies/commercials?
Alex Kivin that can be very useful, thank you so much!
Frank Baruch Thanks a lot for your input, will do!
Ali de Bongo Thank you, you too!
Matthew Parvin Thank you so much! Here's hoping! :-D
Royal Octave My way is kind of odd; I just put on music and let it lead me through my imagination. Then I start making a mood board either on Pinterest or Powerpoint, and after that, I just let it all out, I guess? Doing research into similar material has never really been my thing, but there's still a lot to learn!
