I just finished a complete re-write of one of my most difficult scripts. It is a historical drama, so it was quite a beast. Feeling good about it, but also anxious about what's next. I write historical drama as well, good to meet you! I love the research, outlining, a little less love for the first draft as its intimidating. Rewrites wear me out! Hang in there.

Congrats on on the re-write? Do your have a writers group or someone who can give honest feedback on your script? This may be a good place to find some critique. Trade scripts, so you're each doing the other one a favor.

I tried my hand at historical fiction once too, that genre really is a beast! Yeesh, you’d think a blueprint from history to follow would make it easier, but nope lol. Now I write action and horror… mostly
