Check out this art I created! Disney doesn't know it yet, but I am Revan. :D
The chances of me or anyone playing the character of your dreams in a film is slim to none.
How does anyone get to do it?
For those of you who don't know me, my "art" is trying to figure out that "process".
My thought is that, if I want an idea to manifest into reality such as "playing the character of my dreams", then I should do some kind of action that moves reality towards that goal. If I present an image to my audience depicting me as Revan, then my chances improve better than if I had done nothing, right?
In a metaphysical kind of way, I have already become Revan! There is art depicting that very fact. You are seeing it now! Now it's up to Disney to decide if I'm the Revan they seek. lol
What are your thoughts?

Manifest destiny! You're so right, Jameson Martel , that without action steps, then you have 0% chance. What's so great about it this journey, though, is the unexpected opportunities that will come from your actions. Someone may see your poster art and contact you about making a poster for them, which could turn into something else and then something else.
So many relationships that I created early on in my career (20+ years ago) have come back to bear fruit many years later. So keep planting seeds!

I don't know if this is a metaphysical issue or not, but surely actions lead to results, it's important to plan and act, just don't wait for Disney or the Universe to respond to your manifestations, actions work in a bundle, write or look for a script, gather friends and colleagues, and produce your fan film, there are great movies made by fans, as a big Star Wars fan, you must already have seen some. Perhaps this is one of the ways to achieve your goal. Legally Star Wars may belong to Disney but morally it belongs to the fans. So go for it and become Revan because the force is strong on you.
