Hello, friends! How are you doing? I introduced myself last week, but just in case here I go... I'm Gia, bilingual actress originally from Argentina. I'm researching casting sites again to subscribe and I found this site which is also a physical place called Hollywood and Casting Film. Have you ever used it? I read very good comments and some horrible ones. So, I'm not sure if I should give it a try.... Is it worth it? Have you ever auditioned there? Could you share your experience with me? Good to meet you, Gia Carol! I have not used it, but I tend to stay away from anything that is not recommended by people I know and trust. Central Casting is great to get background gigs, and they keep your headshots on file in case the project is looking for a specific look for featured extras (which can turn into speaking roles). Actors Access is the online resource everyone seems to use, although Backstage works too.
I wasn't that sure about Hollywood and Casting Film because the reviews were 50 50. Some of them had only marvelous things to say about it, and others said it was a freaking disaster... So, I wasn't sure... But thanks so much for your response.
