Hi and greetings from Italy. I like to write in Sci-fi space opera, but also I'm keen on poetry, psychiatry and no stigma items and postmodern societies. I did several exposition and photo book collective as a visual artist. Here in Europe something is changing and, better or worst, things written 20 years ago are very actual now. So it will be interesting to watch how the two western big cultures, european and american, will enter in this post pandemic/ still war zone society. Tv series tastes will diverge...

Welcome to the community Luigi Starace Luistar! I am really glad to have you here. Stage 32 has a large community in Italy so you're bound to find some collaborators locally and regionally. Very curious to see how TV tastes change as well. You make a great point there. Feel free to reach out to me at any point - I am the Director of Development Services at Stage 32. You can email me at j.mirch@stage32.com to let me know what you are working on. I will certainly endeavor to be helpful in any way I can. Look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Jason and thanks. With my no profit organization we did an italian survey, called Seriequest, about tv series tastes during the two big covid lockdown period. We asked about "binge eating" or marathon watch, why they choose a kind of tv serie and eventualy if some no narrative item like actor's characherists were important. We found some interesting (and unexpected compared to our prevision) preferences, for example a high interest in documentary contents...
Series are like litmus test for global media society.

Hi Maurice Vaughan :-) Yes I finshed the multiple main plots, secondary histories and the universe topics and charachertics included each single planet typical habits. Now the hard work: dialogues and linked sequences. I will finish in august the first book of 10...-))

Storybuilding and worldbuilding are the funniest parts, right? What's your plan for the book series?

Yes stories comes softly first and then you realize that you need a bigger space, a bigger world...and a bigger planet...so let's built them. My plan is an italian and fast an english version of the first book, distribuited on amazon by a publisher (got it!) for this 2022. Then two books in 2023 and see what happens....

What do you mean by kitbashing, Luigi.

in 3d graphic kitbashing is using pre built content, specially from reality and trasforming them into a different objiect, like a lego play. In illustrator I use some pre built content :-)
Cool, Luigi. Speaking of Lego, have you seen the Lego show?
