VICTORY!!!
WE JUST MADE HISTORY THANKS TO OUR FILM!!!
The Bill has passed UNANIMOUSLY in the UK.
What a long, hard-fought battle and what a lot of people to thank. This is a massive triumph for the good guys but the war is not over yet. There are still several layers of government to process through next year when the opposition will attempt to water down or block the Bill... and then there's the US to tackle. Nevertheless, credit and celebration is definitely due. If you want to help finish this there are lots of ways you can help:
1. Continue to write to your MPs, Congressmen/women and Senators.
2. Donate because lobbying and campaigning costs LOTS of money and the other side has deep pockets: https://bantrophyhunting.org/donations/donate-now/
3. Watch the internationally acclaimed, multi-award-winning "Land of the Free" films: https://www.mojostreaming.com/videos/pay-per-view
4. Share this message.
To the MANY thank yous...
First and foremost, to the incredible, tireless and fearless Eduardo Goncalves, Founder of the Campaign to Ban Trophy Hunting.
To Sir Roger Gale MP, who unerringly championed the Parliamentary committees and who has been a guiding light to me for decades.
To the people who helped fund my films: Bill McNabb, Larry Korman, Korin Korman, Linda Richardson-Korman (all the Kormans), Priscilla Presley, David Rogers of Australian Firefighters Calendars, David Leneman, Sandy Bresler, and the many other important smaller and consistent contributors.
To Bernard van Speyk who has made the MojoStreaming.com platform available to spread our message to the world.
Fundraiser and Media Queen, Aldwyn Altuney who has been on this journey since day one, over 20 years ago.
Kirstine Lumb-McKay, who has also been on this journey since day one, who originally broke the story on the Nine Network in 2006, and who co-narrates in our second film.
Others who have given us great publicity over the years: Jenny Brown, Regina King, John Tozeland, the unbelievably fabulous Harvey Brownstone, Melanie Perry and Julie Hyde-Mew.
The narrator of one of our trailers, Jeremy Lawrence.
The magical music men: Richard Loring, Mauritz Lotz Productions, the stunning Mzansi Youth Choir of Soweto.
All the many cameramen around the world: Justin Hartwell, Dom West, Louis Cooper-Robinson, Anthony Leake, Dan Loh, Richard Hall, Korin Korman, and many others both overt and covert.
John Mitchell-Adams from Destinations Africa for the special role you have played in all this.
The incomparable James Ganiere, both for his masterful directorial eye and for always being there to say "we can do this", even in our darkest hours.
Our amazing Post Production editors: David Bartlett on film one, and Brian Rapsey on film two.
Nigel Christensen for the wonderful sound mix.
Christien Corns from K&L Gates for invaluable legal advice.
My family for their unwavering support and encouragement through tears and fears and roadblocks, resolutely telling me "yes you can!"
The woman whose initial contact with me started it all - Meryl Harrison.
Gitta Brocatus for her stunning fundraising leopard painting and Kerry David for providing the source photograph.
All those who appear in the films: from beyond the grave the late great Cliff Simon, from beyond the grave Her Majesty the late Queen Elizabeth II, Priscilla Presley, Tippi Hedren, Dame Dr Jane Goodall, Founder of the New Nature Foundation Michael Stern, John Mitchell-Adams - Destinations Africa, 2019 Albert Schweitzer Award recipient John Thompson in Washington DC, past chief inspector with the Zimbabwe SPCA Meryl Harrison, Sir Roger Gale MP, Virginia McKenna OBE Founder of the Born Free Foundation, Will Travers OBE President of the Born Free Foundation, President Ian Seretse Khama of Botswana, BAFTA winning actor Peter Egan, many local indigenous peoples across Africa, and oh yes, Eduardo Goncalves and myself!
Special assistance from the Humane Society of the USA and Blood Lions South Africa.
Susan Lake-Harris for design and maintenance of the Hall of Shame website: http://www.HumanitarianHallOfShame.com
Ben Grand for design and maintenance of the Land of the Free Movie website: http://www.LandOfTheFreeMovie.com

That's great the bill was passed, Lynn Santer!!! I'm trying to clear out some things (a job, projects, etc.). I plan to watch "Land of the Free" and help out.
And I reported James Forrest to Stage 32.

I'm a hunter and I appreciate what you've done. Unethical trophy hunting gives us real hunters a bad rep. Me and a lot of my fellow hunters talk about ethics of trophy hunting and hunting in general. I've seen bad hunters and those same bad hunters that has put me in danger when I'm trying to put food on my table.

Jamie Isolini GOD BLESS YOU!! This is something so very few people understand. I am NOT opposed to ethical humane subsistence hunting. I am not vegan. What I am virulently opposed to is the gratuitous and brutal slaughter of endangered species for nothing more than blood lust and ego, not to mention the obscene money involved that benefits ONLY safari operators and politicians. I am opposed to the idea that putting a gun into the hands of a child and teaching them killing is good is considered good parenting. I am opposed to wealthy white western elites somehow believing it is their God given right to interfere with the policies of foreign sovereign nations, as SCI has done over the past decades in Botswana, Zimbabwe and even the UK… not an exhaustive list. Thank you so much for your comment.

You're welcome Lynn Santer. I've also been teaching my 12 yo nephew important and safe hunting and gun handling this season. He got his first deer and many squirrels. (He uses a .22 rifle and a bow.). He will upgrade to a shotgun when he isn't so skinny lol. I hope he continues educating himself and coming out in the field with me. I'm a proud uncle.

Maurice Vaughan my hero :) xxx
Actually, Lynn Santer, Stage 32 deleted the spam account before I found out about the account. I know an account has been deleted because its comments disappear as well.
