Hello Hello! Thank you Olivier and Rita! Rita Lamotte usualy the best people would be consultants or mentoring producers. The big 5 Agencies also do that but mostly for their A list in house clients such as UTA for example has a packaging division but rarely deals with non represented clients unless you have in your project some of their clients on board...
