Your field of buyers/producers will be few, considering the amount of $ and short list of filmmakers who can make WW2 movies.
As for logline premise, the age gap doesnt work for me. Who remembers ppl/siblings at age 5? Creed 3 showed our main characters as teenaged friends and flash-forwards 10+ years to rivals.

And dilemma is because of? Who frights who and for what? You're missing some cornerstone points here...

The dilemma not mentioned properly in the logline which I apologize for, the dilemma is whether they have to betray their family or nation, they belong to different enemy nations. As the story develops everything is slowly revealed

Yashas Nanda Hello Yashas - hope you're well. Loglines are typically one sentence. Here's a great formula to use. “After ______ (the inciting incident/the event that sets the plot in motion), a _______ (an adjective and the protagonist's position/role) tries to _______ (goal of story) so/in order to ________ (stakes).”
You can also post your loglines on your personal page for ongoing feedback. Hope this helps. It's an interesting premise but I would consider condensing it.

No one buys ideas. They, studio, producer, director, would have to hire the right writer to write it. It's time and their money that they will not want to spend. Your idea will have 100x the value if you have a completed script that you write yourself.

I do have a completed script, I just need a producer to be interested in it, Can anyone give me tips of how I can get in touch with producers

The best way to get your script to producers is by building genuine relationships/networking with them, Yashas Nanda. You can do that in the Lounges (www.stage32.com/lounge), direct messages, and the Browse Members Section (www.stage32.com/people?name=&location=&roles=Producer).
Here's a great blog about how to network successfully on Stage 32: www.stage32.com/blog/how-to-network-successfully-on-stage-32-3356
