Hello everyone,
Greetings from Olivier "Hero" Dressen - a director, DP, writer, and producer from Shanghai, Bangkok, and Los Angeles.
I thought it was time to introduce myself to the beautiful community here at Stage 32 and share some updates about my recent projects with those already familiar with my work.
My Chinese company https://www.studiosupreme.be has been fortunate enough to work on an exciting project for Coca Cola China and Global. This multi-faceted campaign included video production, photography work, and an intriguing collaboration with a famous Chinese pop star. I had the pleasure of wearing multiple hats on this project as a director, producer, and photographer.
Simultaneously, we have just premiered our short film, Kite. The first screening was a private event on a remote island south of Shanghai, which was attended by our dedicated crew and members of the local government who generously financed our project. We are now preparing to send Kite into the festival circuit, hopeful that it will garner the recognition it deserves.

In addition, our project The Black Box is gaining traction. This film explores the hardships of the Covid-19 era through the lens of a cross-cultural love story between a Chinese woman and a French man set in Shanghai. It has already reached the semi-finals of the Stage 32 Film Festival, and we are thrilled about this accomplishment!
Last but certainly not least, our feature film project Backpacker is taking significant strides forward. We are in talks with several production companies spanning Belgium, Australia, and Los Angeles. I am genuinely excited about this project and eager to share any developments as they unfold.
