Hey, Paolo Mazzucato. Great to meet you. It's a big challenge to find the right person for a script like you said, but building relationships/networking makes it a lot easier. That's what I do on Stage 32 in the Lounges (www.stage32.com/lounge), Blogs (www.stage32.com/blog), and direct messages, and I've had a lot of success getting script requests and jobs.
I suggest start by jumping into the Lounges and being active (commenting on people's posts, asking questions, and making your own posts).
