Josie Dee is a multi-talented female artist hailing from Cheltenham, UK. With a passion for storytelling, she has experience moving between roles as an actor, director, producer, and writer.
She has alot of experience working with and performing Shakespeare, writing adaptations and performing a mixture of classic and contemporary theatre. Prior to a break from the industry for a few years she also had a few roles in some short films and ran a touring theatre company for several years.

Helena / Titania Josie wrote, produced, directed and performed this adaptation of A Midsummer Night's Dream which stayed true to it's original Shakespearean language and was set in the world of 'sleepy sickness' patients (a bizzarre and unexplained series of events from early 1900s), written for a 5 hand cast with a gender-blind casting of Puck. It was the first show RumDoxy Theatre took on the road back in 2012.
