Thanks for sharing, Anthony Murphy.

Maurice Vaughan You're welcome, Maurice. It's a great deal for writers looking for software, for it's usually $249. I got an upgrade last spring to FD12 for $75.

Maurice Vaughan

I use FD12, Anthony Murphy. It's the best screenwriting software I've used.

Anthony Murphy

Maurice Vaughan I'm using FD12 too. I had FD6, but upgraded to 12 last spring for just $75, and it's such an improvement, especially the outlining features. I was using MMSW, and it's alright, but it always caused problems one way or another. FD12 is the best I've ever used too.

Maurice Vaughan

I haven't used the outlining features yet, Anthony Murphy, but I've been thinking about it. I outline in Microsoft Word now, but outlining in FD12 might be more convenient. What's MMSW?

Maurice Vaughan

Oh ok, Anthony Murphy. I've heard of Movie Magic Screenwriter, but I didn't recognize the abbreviation. I think I heard they stopped making that software.

Christopher Butler

I just bought it! Excited to use it and learn as a novice who has never purchased SW software.

Anthony Murphy

Maurice Vaughan MMSW is still being sold and supported.  Scriptor was the earliest screenwriting software that took Word documents and put them into a screenplay format.  The developers of Scriptor evolved it into MMSW.

Anthony Murphy

Christopher Butler That's wonderful. Good luck with your writing. If you go to Youtube, there are some great tutorials.

Christopher Butler

Thanks John! Final Draft Youtube videos? Or MMSW? I bought FD .

Anthony Murphy

Christopher Butler You're welcome, Christopher.

Anthony Murphy

Christopher Butler FD vids on Youtube I was suggesting.

Maurice Vaughan

Ok, Anthony Murphy. Thanks for clearing that up.
