if you’re studying a favorite script, I suggest printing it out and taking notes on it. what works, what would you write differently? how is the writer suggesting imagery with a minimum of description?
I've been looking into horror scripts recently and ran into a common problem: file size! If you share your PDFs, it's important to keep them manageable. I found this helpful guide https://pdfguru.com/blog/how-to-compress-pdf on compressing PDFs and it really helped me streamline my script submissions. This helps a lot, especially if you need to submit multiple drafts. What tools or techniques do you use to work with large script files?
Great share. I listened to an interview with Paul Thomas Anderson over the weekend and he said the way he learned how to write was by studying other scripts.

Maurice Vaughan You're welcome, Maurice. All those scripts are downloadable PDFs, so I was happy to find it, for it's some of the best horror films.
