Hey, @Alan C. Baird. The Badges are for Stage 32 Certification. Go to https://certification.stage32.com/#/public-dashboard, scroll down to "FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)," then click "How to Become Certified + Stage 32 Certification & Badges." It'll tell you more about the Badges.
