Hi Lisa Moreland - welcome to Stage 32. So glad you're with us. I've not heard of ImageNation. I was able to find something online about them hosting an annual viewing/music festival in Harlem that's free to the public. If this is something you're considering participating in, try reaching out to writerhelp@stage32.com and see if they've heard of them. It does sound interesting.
