I received an email, every writers dream.Have posted the whole email received. The part where I thought, asking for money upfront, then the contract came
I decided to share this with my Facebook writers forum and unanimously came back scam, no film company would ask for money upfront front and inform Lionsgate about the scam, and that's my problem I have left voice mail at UK and Santa Monica and emailed UK with no response so far,has anyone got a contact in Lionsgate.
I sent my screenplays and manuscripts and they sente an invoice that's when alarm bells sounded,I have attached the invoice received so be careful out there

A legitimate company would not accept material unless they requested it first, and probably make you sign their release forms

I did attach all the screenshots like I would do on Facebook but only the invoice got posted. It was very clever but the invoice was the giveaway,it came via PayPal and I have reported it as scam
