In 2007 I had this most vivid dream and had to get it out of my head, so I published in 2010 564 pages, The Shimmering of course I am going to say it's a great fiction story,but 8 of the nine assumptions made in the plot have with some poetic licence have come true. It's sci-fi Fantasy set in today's world. An ancient civilization evolved just after the earth had cooled down the surface was so hostile they took to living underground and built a fantastic civilization and have existed for 4 billion years and are in their last part of their evolution. Today they have immense mental abilities and their technology is sorted by sentient droids that do everything and have an incredible transportation system. All this technology cannot stop the acid rain and destroying their only food source so they seek help from the most unsuspecting guy in the world and give him tremendous wealth and mental powers to stop the problem, which upsets the global applecart and story continues
