Repairing takes time. Usually it's a silent work.
While the world keeps running in a noisy speed, someone in our neighborhood is facing the slow-motion of a self healing exercise.
Nowadays the hyper-connectivity, the high tech, high expectations, the over information (and misinformation) are pushing us to live in a constant hurry. Pumping forward with a stiff neck and chronic pain. Always thinking "What the heck to post now?! Who's my next valentine?! Is this finally my break through?! What's next?! What's next?!"
This stubborn pressure left us with little space for inner exploration, without enough time for collecting ourselves.
Starting the journey towards self healing is the afternoon you decide to close your eyes for 2 minutes and just be. Here and now. You and the past. You and the fears. The anger. The uncertainty. The imagination. The emptiness. Here and now.
Sometimes a good movie serves us to breathe, holding us from a safe distance, allowing us to reflect about ourselves and the things that are happening around us.
I invite you to connect with us.
