Introduce Yourself : I'm Jim Vaglica and I act like myself... by Jim Vaglica

I'm a retired Police Sgt / SWAT Operator. I'm also a Strength & Conditioning Specialist, a Fitness Writer and a Competitive/Sponsored Athlete. A few years ago I became bored with my life so I figured acting would be my next challenge. I got some small parts and even read for the part of 'Jem' in "The Town." I started getting calls from casting directors for TV Reality shows and after coming in close on many shows I was cast on Mark Burnett's Expedition Impossible which aired in the summer of 2011 on ABC. In the summer of 2016 I starred in the entire season of John Cena's American Grit of Fox.
