Read a Good Book Lately? : The Eye Of The Storm ... by James Ellis

THE EYE OF THE STORM … Well, it’s been a pretty busy month on the creative side of things ( a busy year come to think of it ) especially at the moment with promotion for ‘The Fairytale Thief’ now going full steam ahead. Which incidentally is still currently available from; http://sbpra.com/JamesEllis www.amazon.co.uk www.barnesandnoble.com There’s also been various other projects concurrently vying for my attention, beginning with the third book in ‘The Dream Spheres’ trilogy, ‘The Lord Of Souls, which at the time of writing this is 18 chapters along, with about 50,000 words written. And it just keeps growing all the time as well. It’s going to be long, it’s certainly going to be longer than either book one ( 98,000 words approx ) or book two ( 96,000 words approx. ) And while I work on that I’m constantly mulling on the projects I’m not even planning to start writing until next year, including my first fully adult novel, ‘Gods & Angels’, Vol. 3 of my graphic novel series, ‘Modern Days,’ and also the follow up to ‘The Fairytale Thief,’ currently titled ‘Always Ever After.’ Actually I can’t wait to start writing them, which is a bit more problematic than it actually sounds, especially when I haven’t finished the things I’m supposed to be writing at the moment. All these things I want to write, but can’t yet, are all swirling around me like a crazy storm while I sit as focused as I can at the eye of it, trying my best to concentrate on what I’m actually writing now. Weirdly, it can often feel like I’m distracting myself! I have to admit though it’s not such a bad position to be in. A lot of writers struggle for ideas. Their question is always’ What the hell do I write next? But for me, my question is always ‘Which one do I write next?’ …
