I sets up industry standard format just like the other screenwriting software.
I use Celtx as it's free, is available on most devices and saves to Cloud so I can access latest version of any script on any devices I have to hand.

Amazon Studios recently launched their Story Builder software which is for creating structure. It's free to use, multi platform and cloud based. However you have to option the story if you want to use the collaborative tools. http://studios.amazon.com/storybuilder

Adobe Story like the others helps with script formatting and organization rather than structure.
