Just get the program Sony Vegas Pro 13 or older version, and learn how to use the program and do it yourself. If you teach yourself people will come out of the wood work to make your work as good as you desire.Adobe Premiere is more the standard but harder to sync music with video. When you are ready then you can step up to use Premiere, After Affects and Adobe Audition.
