I have been a writer/storyteller all of my life. Since I was young, I wrote short stories, poetry, and songs. In college, I majored in English and while I've done some freelance writing, I've never made a profession of it. In 2020, I decided to try screenwriting and have fallen in love with it. I took a screenwriting class through Emerson to gain a better grasp on the structure. So far, I've written a spec pilot and I'm working on a feature length. Eventually, I would like to direct, too. The genres I am most interested in are comedies, horror, and sci-fi with a focus on female driven stories. Particularly, women who are 40 and older but I don't limit myself.
Outside of writing I enjoy spending time with my daughter, baking, being outdoors, reading, playing music, and watching movies.
