Bert Pigg trained as an actor at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and has appeared in more than 150 plays, films, and television programs during the past 40 years.
He is the Executive Producer of the feature film “Sea of Fear” and his short film “Texas Girl” has been featured at several film festivals in the U.S. and Europe, taking second place in the shorts category at the Hawaii International Film Festival.
His screenplay "The Assassin's Shadow" was a category winner at the Beverly Hills Screenplay Competition and a quarterfinalist in the ScreenCraft Screenwriters Fellowship program.
His screenplay "Northern Lights" has two star attachments and is ready to shoot.
Bert practiced law in New Orleans until Hurricane Katrina, after which he took a break and received an MFA in Producing from the American Film Institute Conservatory. He also holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Fordham University and a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law.
Bert is married to former radio personality Adriana Bate and is the humble servant to three cats and a dog.
