Marc Philipps

Marc Philipps is a man with many faces. He began his career in 2003 as a visual artist in the field of performances.
Since 2007 he has starred in over 40 short films as well as numerous international and national feature film productions. Including films like “Ich und Kaminski” directed by Wolfgang Becker, the french production “Hubris” by the young director Marie Polo and the romanian production “Lebensdorf” by Vali Hotea. In theaters he can mostly be seen in performative and physical pieces. He took part twice at Theatertreffen (awards for productions of german speaking countries) with the german /norwegian ensemble of norwegian director Vegard Vinge (2012 & 2017).
Marc Philipps also works as a lyricist and singer in the band "June & Jim" and various musicians in germany.
