Teresa Langford

I originally hail from just outside of Boston, MA where I obtained my BFA from Boston University. I am easily won over by a divinely beautiful harmony or warm cookie. I will always have a good book on hand and wise words of advice to offer in the form of Rihanna song lyrics! When I’m not performing, I volunteer with an organization that fights to decriminalize victims of violence, write/perform spoken word poetry, and lift really heavy weights.

I am passionate about working on stories centered around a diverse ensemble of female voices, projects that utilize music and heightened language, and collaborating on new work across mediums. I am currently looking to transition from theatrical work into film and tv, and love playing characters who use dark humor to mask their vulnerability. Although I primarily identify as an actor, I am currently writing/developing a television series and feature film!
