About Darya

Darya Perelay is an award-winning Ukranian Film Director & Writer. In addition, Darya has a Master Degree in Music Arts.

Darya has written and directed 8 short films, 1 short animation, and 1 feature film. Her work has been screened at many prestigious International Film Festivals in Europe, Canada, USA, Asia, Latin America. Including screening at Cannes Film Festival, Frameline film Festival, Cineffable International Film Festival, and many others.

Darya’s short film «I love her» has screened at more than 50 film festivals around the world and also was a part of the program of the Contemporary World Cinema offered through Ryerson University in Toronto. And it was a base for her first feature film.

Darya is currently in development on a feature projects - feature film «Untitled love», Detective TV series "Jane», and New Year comedy.
