About Ren

I have been published by major publishers (BantamDoubledayDell, Penguin, HarperCollins, etc). This includes non-fiction, humor. My first novel, Eye of the Shadow, was short-listed for Book of the Year in Australia. I have had a TV series under option (Negative Split). I am sitting on extremely commercial scripts and books and would like to get them out there.
I am currently sitting on:
The first script in a series of five low-budget horror films... April Fool! (Ha ha ha... you're dead)
Night for Night. "Hats off to Ren Lexander. He has found a new take on the martial arts film."
The funniest stage musical ever written.
The most poignant heart-wrenching story of a Myanmar girl who was sold into slavery in China - and escaped off her own bat. (And that is only part of the gut-wrenching story.)

Unique traits: Can and has written pretty much in every genre - comedy, non-fiction, manuals, newspaper articles, documentary, film scripts, stage musical, PhD thesis, etc, etc.
