Andrea Marie Thompson

My script "Best for Baby" was optioned by Regent Entertainment and subsequently sold to Seashell Films. The movie is currently in development. I am a former producer with FOX and entertainment correspondent and producer with CBS Miami affiliate, WFOR-TV where I often covered movie junkets in Los Angeles and interviewed everyone from Sylvester Stallone to Halle Berry to Ben Kingsley. I’ve currently completed pilot scripts for a dramedy and a historical drama and am working on a suspense feature film. As a freelance writer, my articles have been published in USA Today, Marie Claire, Men's Journal, Budget Travel, Medium and other outlets. I have a BA in African-American Literature from Smith College.
