I have been a songwriter for more than 30 years but I am starting to write a pilot script for an original television pilot. I have been working on this tv idea and script for over a year. I've had to switch careers in my 50s, which has been difficult, but I still want a creative voice. I'm unable to sing anymore because of a vocal condition that I developed but I really want to pursue this show idea. I have created a pitch deck and am just starting to write the pilot for the show. I know this could take some time to develop but I do feel like I am on a timetable since I'm not getting any younger but I hope to make this dream a reality.
