Andrea Pennington is an American actress, singer, TV producer and author.
As an actress, she boasts impressive stage, television and independent film credits. She is in production on a TV series called "Blues in the Night" with award-winning writer/director, Tim Reid. In this urban noire telenovela, she plays the lead role of Lura, a lounge singer who is determined to succeed at nearly any price.
Her versatility as a performer and songwriter were applauded in the musical film, "A Kick in the Head," the winner of the 48-hour Film Project for Washington, DC. She wrote and performed two of the songs for the film, including the whimsical number, "Meal Ticket."
Featured twice on both Oprah and Dr. Oz as a medical wellness expert, Andrea has mass appeal as an empowering motivator. Her ability to inspire permeates everything she does.
