Louis Hannibal Bai

I was born in the Italian Hospital of Montevideo, Uruguay. I have a strong artistic influence inherited from my European relatives. My grandfather was a plastic artist and sculptor; my grandmother was a novelist, scriptwriter, and poetess.

I started writing from I was a little child, at eight years old. Between libraries in the childless home I read, played, and sometimes I wrote my make-believe games. The movies were very important in those days, even today.

My first tale was written in the school, called: Chewable candy. My first tale published was: The computer. I wrote this last at fourteen years old for a newspaper here in the city.

Since then I have written more tales, also novels, and screenplays. Despite different situations, I have never stopped the written.
